What is physical health?
For this initiative, we define physical health as the overall condition of your body. Positive physical health habits can help decrease your stress, lower your risk of disease, and increase your energy. This includes physical activity, diet, and lifestyle behaviors.

Why is Physical health important?
Incidence of heart diseases, cancers, COPD, stroke, and diabetes, maternal mortality, and HIV are overwhelming the Black community. When it comes to STDs, Black people accounted for 43% of the new HIV diagnoses in 2018 and 44% of the HIV-caused deaths.
